Unified Wired & Wireless Management
WSM is a module of iMC that enables administrators to manage wireless (WLAN) infrastructure integrated with the wired network, eliminating the need for a separate wireless management platform.
WLAN Configuration & Policy Deployment
Allows configuration of access controllers, APs, SSIDs, radio policies, traffic load balancing, client limits, and authentication parameters centrally.
Wireless Topology & Dashboard Monitoring
Offers real-time wireless topology views, AP/client relationships, and dashboard widgets showing metrics like client count, alarms, rogue APs, bandwidth usage, etc.
RF Heat Map & Network Planning
Supports RF planning tools (e.g. modeling signal coverage, placing virtual APs, considering obstacles) to assist in designing optimal WLAN deployments.
WLAN Reports & Historical Analysis
Generates wireless service reports (e.g. client trends, AP usage, intrusion events) and allows historical data review for trend analysis.
Wireless Security & Intrusion Detection
Provides monitoring of rogue APs, client authentication failures, intrusion detection, and can blacklist rogue APs as needed.

Supported Wireless Devices: H3C fit/fat APs and controllers (models supported must be compatible)
Dashboard Widgets & Metrics: Client count, AP bandwidth, wireless topology, rogue AP/clients, alarms, SSID performance, etc.
Network Planning Features: Virtual AP placement, coverage simulation, obstacles, background topology image mapping, auto AP deployment suggestions.
Configuration Scope: SSID settings, radio parameters, traffic rules, authentication policies, load balancing, channel planning.
Integration with iMC: Uses the same user interface, policy modules, resource management, topology, alarms & performance modules of iMC.
Dashboard / Real-Time Updates: Wireless service data is refreshed in the dashboard in real time for monitoring.
